Create the bedrock on which the department will run We are creating the My LEGO Platform, a 1-to-1 experience that ties together all digital LEGO Experiences. As Operating Model Manager, you explore what new processes we need and how we should change existing ones. You consolidate business processes to define, develop, and deliver a clear My LEGO Operating model. And you ensure well-functioning and smooth operations that facilitate a complete end-to-end process for all our operational needs. To do so, you: Secure complete documentation of all My LEGO Processes, acquiring a deep insight into operational practices and interfaces Gather and document process input from stakeholders to deliver improved operations and systems, making sure relevant stakeholders are informed on progress and decisions Consolidate and facilitate a complete end-to-end process to the operating model for My LEGO Experiences leveraging input from all Digital Ecosystem teams Investigate possible implications of the overall LEGO Operating model and search for learnings from the process excellence network Ensure that the My LEGO Experience is delivered on time and on budget with clear processes and milestones up to go-live and beyond Take pride in delivering something extraordinary Taking on a key role in developing an operating model from scratch, you will get an unmatched opportunity to employ both your creative and logical thinking to make a difference. Project manager with process excellence experience You will be put to the test in developing a well-functioning operating model that integrates the My LEGO Business processes in the overall Ecosystem. As such, one success criteria is to ensure a vision that is achievable and affordable, while realising this in close cooperation with the Creative My LEGO Team. In order to succeed, you: Hold a relevant academic degree and 3-5 years of experience from a project management or process-focused position, acquiring extensive process excellence experience (Lean, Six Sigma) - preferably from within the LEGO Group Have a documented ability to lay down processes and models in a clear and understandable way as well as the ability to help deliver a creative vision in a pragmatic and detailed manner Are autonomous and able to work independently, just as you know how to bring people together through personal impact and energy Can navigate in the global LEGO Matrix organisation through excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication Speak and write English effortlessly.
