Social media execution and hands-on support for the team We are in the process of establishing the first ever LEGO® House in the heart of Billund, set to open in 2017. We are already working behind the scenes to be ready for the opening. Preparing this, you will step into a small and dedicated sales and marketing team focusing on awesome ways to establish awareness and engagement. Thus, you will be working with a number of digital channels for both kids and adults, content management systems and other digital tools that support content creation. In particular, you: - Manage and coordinate the detailed campaign and editorial calendar in collaboration with the sales and marketing manager - Support content creation for our social media channels together with the global social media team in the LEGO Group - Contribute on a daily basis by managing and updating content on LEGOHouse.com - Support the team in running the LEGO House Event and Tour programme - Provide operational and practical support for the sales and marketing team in general Inspire the builders of tomorrow Joining the LEGO House team, you will be part of the ONE place where you can discover the magic behind the LEGO brand and the endless play and learning possibilities of the LEGO brick. Creative digital native with consumer brand experience As our marketing initiatives will be mainly driven by digital and social media, your ability to play with these channels and create awareness and engagement is key. So, you are curious and have an opinion on all things digital. At the same time, you understand the need to align ideas with your colleagues before moving forward. And as we are still in the construction phase, you are able to navigate in a role without defined processes and structures. To facilitate this, you: - Most likely have 2-3 years of experience from a consumer brand company or perhaps from a digital agency where you have worked with B-to-C - Hold a degree in marketing or communication - Are a strong communicator, who always keep your target audience in mind to ensure that they understand your message - Have experience with content management systems (Sitecore) and ideally Photoshop as well as Google/Adobe Analytics Bringing it to life "This is a wonderful position for you if you eat, sleep and breathe digital.
