Key Responsibilities You will be working closely with people who have the same educational background as you in a free open environment. The job will involve practical and technical responsibility; therefore it is a must that you have a natural mechanical and mathematic understanding, and can keep a critical approach to spreadsheets. Furthermore, you will be supporting routine day-to-day tasks. The tasks and support will mainly include: • Manual administration of databases and IT-systems • Validation data for IT transferring • Spreadsheet analysis • SharePoint assistance • Practical and administrative ad hoc tasks Who we are looking for It is important for us that you have a genuine interest in the business and a real drive and engagement for the job. To succeed, you must have a structured approach to tasks, prioritise a high quality by focusing on the details, at the same time being able to meet deadlines and stay calm under pressure. You have an outgoing personality and the capability to keep a sense of perspective of the projects. • Study a relevant technical education and have 2-3 years before graduating. • Knowledge of Microsoft office programmes, especially Outlook, Word and Excel. • Written and verbal English skills is a must.
