Sell and market LEGO Education products to educational institutions, through partners LEGO Education is a business unit within the LEGO Group being responsible for developing and selling educational solutions tailored specifically for the international educational market. With an eye on transforming the future of learning, the mission is to enable every student to succeed. As account manager, you are required to sell and market products and services, including follow-up and qualifying leads, in assigned territories within emerging markets. This position also offers you to attend trade shows, present information to customers and coordinate workshops as well as conduct partner training. More specifically your key activities will include: Being responsible for selling solutions to education establishment across the curriculum scale with particular focus on Primary and Secondary Schools in emerging markets (Africa, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and South East Asia). Making product presentations to customers and prospects, and follow up on all leads and proposals within approved guidelines. Maintain market share and profitability in accordance with annual plans and budget, and produce additional sales to current customers and generate new customers. Compose proposals and pricing, and present customer workshops and training. Travelling 30-60 days per year as the global nature of your role. We have high growth ambitions over the next coming years and a natural part of this makes it important for us to build and harvest the potential in the selected markets, where tender and/or projects are expected to be an important success factor. Furthermore, there will be an overall focus to ensure an even more balanced products portfolio is sold than today. The proactive and problem solving account manager with a positive and open-minded approach The right candidate for us is value driven, energized and characterised by personal integrity and an ability to collaborate and communicate clearly with people at all levels of the organization. Inherently you are a team player when it comes to cooperation with stakeholders, but at the same time you are independent and confident being at our own. You might hold a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, communications, education or related field. Though to succeed in this job it is more essential that you: Possess the curiosity and the drive that it takes to find the right solution Are a self-starter with excellent organizational skills and an ability to handle multiple tasks Have strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills Have 2-3 years of experience within sales and/or account management, preferably in education Are able to build win-win relationships with customers and colleagues Speak and write English proficiently.
