Join the LEGO Group and drive a global marketing agenda You will be part of our Shopper Marketing Agency (SMA) - an internal agency with 210 colleagues based on 7 locations across the globe. SMA delivers innovative insights driven shopper marketing and communication solutions across a large number of different communication platforms, e.g. in-store materials, e-commerce, shows & events, 3D models, and various retail activation vehicles. In your role as Project Manager, you will have focus on market driven projects within different LEGO themes. This gives you great opportunity to lead a variety of projects, gain unique insight into the LEGO Group and stay up-to-date on the latest trends. Deliver top class project management Your primary responsibility will be to lead our projects from start to finish. In doing so, you own the total project flow and set and lead a project team of mainly creative professionals. You drive team meetings, develop solutions, manage stakeholders, provide sparring, and facilitate info on solutions and more. As a natural part of the position, you will be responsible for developing plans and budgets as well ensuring that projects are delivered on time and budget and that the quality of solutions lives up to our standards. As you will be driving projects for implementation across Europe, you will be cooperating closely with internal partners in many different markets. Accordingly, you will be working on market specific solutions, get great variety in projects and be challenged to navigate within an area with many stakeholders. Solid project management record within Marketing You have a strong background within Marketing where you have managed different projects for 3-4 years, preferably in an international environment. You hold a Marketing degree at minimum bachelor´s level. You are a strong organizer with the ability to drive large, complex projects through regional or global teams Experience in working with shopper communication is an advantage You are proficient in Excel, speak and write English fluently. Working in an international environment with a global agenda, it is imperative that you possess excellent project management skills that enable you to manage a broad variety of stakeholders and personalities. As a leader, you are used to providing guidance and outlining assignments for team members, yet you understand the importance of being a team player. Finally, you are structured and great at managing your own time, just as you are able to perform, whether you work independently, in a team, or in a leadership role.
