For our newly established business unit we are a looking for a strong Marketing Manager with a track record in marketing for children. In this position you will head up all global marketing activities from strategic proposals to execution of campaigns for local implementation throughout the world. Job Profile: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing the overarching communication plans to further strengthen the brand amongst the end-consumers. Your role will be to: Develop and execute ECCO Kids marketing strategy. Plan, brief, and develop campaigns in cooperation with external and internal agencies. Develop new concepts for all communication channels in cooperation with internal specialist teams as well as agencies. Lead activation planning and development. Be a strategic partner in the development of the Kids Shop-in-Shop concept and support the implementation in the markets. Be a sparring partner to the Vice president of Kids Unit, Sales Manager and other stakeholders within Kids Unit as well as other stakeholders in and outside ECCO. You will be based in Tønder, travel approximately 25 days per year and be part of strong team of 14 persons operating across a wide variety of tasks such as business development, product development, sales etc.. In your role as Marketing Manager you will report directly to the Vice President, Kids Business Unit. Qualifications and Work Experience: You will be challenged on your ability to develop impactful communication packages for all consumer touch points as well as ensuring strong sell in materials to support the markets in their daily work. We expect that you have a relevant background to fulfill the role and that your personal profile will sweep us off our feet. You probably: Have a master degree in marketing or similar Have 3-5 years of marketing experience from a similar role Have experience in working with cross-functional teams for major international brands, preferably from a multinational matrix organization Have a good understanding of both markets and end-consumers, and you are capable of applying this knowledge to the business Speak English proficiently Are a creative and conceptual thinker and generator of workable solutions Strive being a self-starter with high level of motivation, strong engagement, ambitious, eager and ready to go the extra mile Are a strong communicator and networker who also creates an atmosphere of trust and respect within the organization Are a committed team player who can inspire and motivate teams You have a result driven personality and shows accountability.
