Are you a Transfer Pricing specialist and do you want to be part of a dynamic global tax team within an international organisation? Arla has a unique opening for a Transfer Pricing Manager, based in our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark.

Reporting into Arla’s Head of Transfer Pricing (TP), you will join a highly skilled and knowledgeable team of 15 tax specialists worldwide. The TP team is responsible for the worldwide TP matters of Arla and you will be part of our team based in Aarhus and supported by our Global Service Center in Gdansk. Joining Arla in 2018 brings a huge opportunity for your personal and professional development as you contribute to our Good Growth 2020 objectives.

Responsibilities

As an in-house TP specialist at Arla you will be working on all fields within TP, including documentation, controversy, financial analyses and reporting. Moreover, you will be acting as a business partner and provide answers on TP related questions that come from all countries in which Arla has operations.

We expect that you contribute with a global mindset, have an interest in learning and developing your TP skill set and thrive in a constantly changing organisation. We offer the right candidate a unique opportunity to gain hands-on TP experience within an international organisation.

Profile

We are looking for a University educated professional specialised in Accounting, Tax or other relevant area. You have around 1-3 years of experience in transfer pricing either as a consultant or as an in-house TP Manager within a large organisation. This, therefore, gives you a good technical base knowledge but it must also be balanced with an outgoing, proactive and practical approach. You have an interest in applying technology (e.g. SAP, Power BI) and are willing to invest in learning new skills and master such tools. You possess excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). You can combine theory with practical solutions and you like working in a diverse environment.
