Then you might be the Candidate we are looking for. Job Description: We are currently very busy and therefore we need an additional colleague for 12 months. The team is responsible for compliance support to Assembly, Label & Pack. Your main responsibility will be to be the Training coordinator. This involves follow-up, updating and creating modules in the IT system ISOTrain. This role requires a combination of seeing the big picture as well as extracting and communicating the important details. Responsibilities also include: • Being in charge of the employee handbooks, ensuring that they are up to date • Establish workflow for updated and new procedures • Create complaints in the system (Trackwise) • Be part of internal compliance projects continuously • Working in various IT systems, so a good level of computer literacy will be expected. Personal Skills: The right candidate will have a relevant education and experience in a similar role. You must be able to work meticulously at the same time as getting things done in a timely manner. We expect you to be easy going, flexible and ambitious with an open mind and a sense of humor. You are able to work independently, take initiatives and ownership of your work. You are able to coordinate and communicate across a variety of functions and meet the daily challenges with a positive attitude. The business language is English, so you need to be comfortable with both spoken and written English.
