Job Description Biogen is looking for a Global Analytical Project Manager for their growing QC department- speciality Analytical Technology. The Analytical Technology team is focusing on transfer, validation, investigations, maintenance of existing methods and method development for new technologies. The QC AT group in Hillerod supports both biologics and small molecules. We are currently looking for an Analytical Project Manager (APM). As an APM you will be part of a dynamic and ambitious team of ten scientists and four technicians. You will be working in a strong scientific environment, where new compounds, commercial drug products and international manufacturers will be part of your focus. You will manage the transfer of analytical methods and work in a very international environment. Your visibility in the organization will be high and limited traveling to other corporate locations will be involved. Areas of Responsibilities: • Transfer of test methods to QC, contract laboratories and contract manufacturers • Develop and maintain individually project plans for projects assigned • Initiate GAP analysis and transfer plans for internal/external method transfers • Ensure all deliverables and deadlines for a project are met • Interact with contract laboratories across multiple regulatory markets • Interact with QC, Manufacturing, CMC teams, Regulatory Affairs and QA • Communicate and update teams and management on the project status • Contribute to CMC sections of regulatory filings JIX1 *LI-DEN2 Location Denmark-Hillerod Job Category Quality Requisition Number 25677BR Qualifications Professional skills You have a Master of Science in e.g. chemistry or pharmacy combined with some years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry. It´s important that you have gained knowledge of all analytical disciplines related to CMC activities. You have experience in GMP, Regulatory Affairs and Quality applied to analytics. You have proven project leadership skills including planning, monitoring, issue resolution, decision making and reporting. You have experience with project management tools like MS Project and you have presentation and meeting facilitation skills. Personal skills You must be self-motivated, highly organized and able to work in the fast paced laboratory environment. You have ability to interface with several diverse departments and cross-functional teams. You are able to work independently, meet deadlines, set priorities and balance needs/resources with minima supervision. You dare to step forward and find international environments inspiring. You are proactive and willing to go the extra mile when needed. You are ambitious, energetic and like to deliver on time. Moreover you have strong communication skills in verbally and written English. Finally, it is important to have a balanced personality, so you are able to embrace challenges and changes as Biogen is a developing company.
