Location: Copenhagen, Denmark Field of Offer : Telecom, Telecommunications Requirements: 1.Graduates or students from College or University within Electronics, Telecommunication or Computer Engineering. 2.Above three years of working experiences in Telecommunication industry, preferably experience in Core, Networking and Transmissions fields 3. General understanding of Traffic cases. Knowledge of Unix operating system is essential 4. Possess skill in any of the following area: CS (MSC / MGW, / SAE, HLR/HSS, STP). 5.Experience with IP is an advantage 6.Able to analyze and provide recommendations to Customer Service Requests and O&M queries of complex nature. 7.Good knowledge of support and supply processes. 8. Able to communicate fluently in English. Danish would be a plus Responsibilities: 1.Second level service problem restoration 2.Handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions with guidance 3.Handle and execute the Change Request in stipulated time frame. 4.Follows up with customer to ensure first call resolution and aim for 100% customer satisfaction. 5.Perform second level Preventive Maintenance of nodes. 6.Involved in upgrade/updates of live nodes. 7.Rollout of New Feature per MOP We can offer you: An exciting opportunity to work with the newest technologies within the telecommunication area, in an international working environment.
