In order to support our strategic goals for growth, we are looking for a new technology marketing manager in the Chemicals Business Unit (CBU). The technology marketing manager will be responsible for the outbound product marketing activities for the business unit both for our known technologies as well as new technologies. This position requires tight collaboration between the global sales organization, marketing departments in business unit and corporate levels and in general across the whole organization to ensure best positioning of our technologies and to offer most optimal solutions to our customers. You will work in an informal organization and be part of a team with technically, scientifically, and commercially skilled members. Your responsibilities Manage product marketing activities related to the technologies covered by the business unit Prepare analysis of company opportunities and other initiatives in order to expand the Chemicals business Prepare and implement strategic business plans jointly with the sales, engineering and R&D departments Monitor customer and industries behaviour, mega trends, legislation and competitor products standing Ensure that sales promotion material, articles, papers and presentations are being developed and updated. You Have business insight and customer focus Have excellent communication and networking skills Are persistent and structured Are a team player yet independent and responsible Are analytical, strategic and enjoy meeting customers and working to innovate solutions with them. Qualifications We are looking for candidates with a background in engineering supplemented with a commercial degree. You have more than five years’ experience in product marketing from an international and market-oriented position where long-term relations are essential. We expect you to be fluent in English and to be able to take up some travelling activities.
