- Team Leader - Denmark - Bagsværd Do you strive for excellence in leadership, compliance and customer service then you could be our new colleague in Payroll. We seek a Team Leader to the Payroll Support team, as the current Team Leader has been promoted to an exciting international management position. As we are in the middle of implementing a new salary IT-system (SAP Payroll) you will immediately be engaged to take decisions and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and customers. To succeed in this position you must use a variety of skills within communication, planning, finance/accounting and IT and off course demonstrate leadership. Interactions with internal and external stakeholders require proficiency in English and strong negotiation skills About the department The main objective of the department is to ensure monthly payroll to 18,000 employees in 8 companies in the Novo Group with a high level of quality, in regulatory compliance and at a competitive cost. Payroll administration includes the effect of company cars, pension, refunds, vacation, benefits and leisure clubs. Moreover Payroll performs the monthly reconciliation of accounts for all 8 companies. I addition the department is responsible for first line support to our time registration system (Portal2People), our maternity/paternity leave system (Portal2Leave) and answers 30,000 requests per year from employees in regards to time and salary. The job As Team Leader for the Payroll Support team you will report to the Director of Payroll. You will lead a team of 16 employees and be overall responsible for the teams fulfilment of deadlines in connection with monthly payroll and reconciliation as well as our KPI´s on i.e. refunds, customer service and Service Level Agreements. Qualifications You have proven experience with cross-functional collaboration. You have a drive for impacting issues that may arise in our daily business and leadership is your key priority, including leading multinational and cross-organisational teams. The job requires strong networking ability, working across boundaries and excellence in stakeholder management. You possess excellent communication and presentation skills and are able to interact on all levels of the organisation. You are well structured and combine high analytical skills with results, focus & drive. You are change-prepared and you have a proactive mind-set. Experience with SAP HR and preferably SAP Payroll is an advantage. Finance skills are also preferable to a degree that makes you able to challenge the tasks performed in the department.
