Use your creativity to facilitate the transformation of a global community that sets the bar for our supply planning parameters. As you enable others to perform, you help deliver results and continued growth in the LEGO Group and become a key enabler for success. Develop a community of super-users Your role is to facilitate a network and training platform for super-users, who work on supply planning parameters across the LEGO Group (e.g. safety stock and flexibility) related to our material plan. As you do so, you help planners use our planning parameters correctly, making them useful and understandable, so we can deliver the best possible material plan. More specifically, you: Decide the future format of the global community by identifying and building a best practice Help utilise supply planning parameters across the LEGO Group, so we can deliver the best possible material plan and build a training platform for perfecting this capability within the business Engage with colleagues across the supply planning parameters community and act as liaison to the customers of the material plan process to identify changes in their needs and act accordingly Seek external inspiration to keep our methods and processes up-to-date Building tomorrow You join a Billund based team that is tasked with adapting and orchestrating the use of supply planning parameters, mostly through a deep expertise in SAP, supporting systems, tools and processes. By doing so, we ensure the delivery of a material plan that reflects our demand plans and supply response globally. Experienced facilitator with great people skills To lead a global, cross-functional community across time-zones, cultures and skill-sets, you need to be able to secure buy-in and gather people in a community through a common goal. You become a rallying point, whose ability to create enthusiasm and engagement in both participants and their leaders is the key to success. Thus, your great facilitation and communication skills will be put to the test, as you influence your ´customers´ across the organisation. Your qualifications: You have 5+ years of experience facilitating a super-user network or community and some experience with establishing a learning or training platform for capability building You are familiar with supply and demand and the planning logics, systems and tools related hereto, and you have some acquaintance with SAP (APO, PP) You have decent change management skills and some experience with project management You can travel 30 days a year to engage stakeholders across the globe You speak and write English effortlessly - and maybe you know some Chinese or Spanish Bringing it to life "You will be part of a dedicated team that takes the greatest care of an essential global supply chain function, enabling our business to keep momentum and grow towards reaching 300M+ children.
