Are you a creative mastermind with a commercial edge? Would you like to exceed the limits of how we work with digital experiences in the LEGO Group? Fuel a creative mind-set and ensure the creative vision As Creative Director, you will be part of a new team responsible for creating a 1-to-1 experience that will tie together all digital LEGO Experiences, giving state-of-the-art social and personal experiences to LEGO Consumers across all touch points. You will own, create, articulate and communicate the vision of the My LEGO Experience for the consumer and shopper journeys, and your goal will be to create a compelling user experience for children. This involves leading and engaging a team of 5 user experience, content, and incentives specialists as well as: Using your creativity, commercial acumen and pragmatism to guarantee creative bang for the buck Managing internal stakeholders, bridge creative and engaging people in their journey to find the common ground needed to build one coherent experience Refining the strategy in collaboration in collaboration with the leadership team Overseeing output and performance of the UX and content teams, while managing the team leads Ensuring that information about the progress of the creative development is passed on and included in key decisions Make a massive difference for the consumer experience You will join a company that is passionate about the impact of play and where creativity and deep engagement are cornerstones. Exceedingly creative and commercial in a digital space Naturally, this job requires a talent for bringing fabulous and creative ideas into play. At the same time, you have a commercial edge as well as an overarching understanding of incentive models, content, social media and how these interact and should be prioritised. Moreover, you: Have at least 8-10 years of relevant consumer facing experience, most likely at Creative Director level, preferably within gaming or other digital social entertainment platforms for children Are an experienced people manager, and you invest in building strong and sustainable relationships with other stakeholders based on clearly defined priorities and accountabilities Frame the right holistic questions in order to connect the dots and prioritise accordingly Have demonstrated results through others in a large matrix organization Join the global family of LEGO In the LEGO Group we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you will collaborate across the LEGO Community.
