Provide world-class administrative support As Executive Personal Assistant, you will work in the CEO Office with a team of three who provide support for the CEO in leading and further developing the LEGO Foundation as well as in interacting with a global group of stakeholders - including the LEGO Group, KIRKBI A/S and LEGO Education. Here, your overarching goal is to collaborate across the team to give the CEO a very professional and value adding support in daily professional and personal matters. Play an active role in the CEO Office team Working primarily with traditional PA tasks, your time will be spent on managing a very complex and dynamic Outlook calendar, conducting travel and transportation planning as well as handling mail correspondence and booking meetings. This involves a high level of cooperation with other team members from the CEO Office as well as internal and stakeholders. In a role characterised by high standards and demanding deadlines, you will take on a broad span of tasks and stakeholders, including, but not limited to: - Coordinating practicalities for CEO meetings and other events with internal staff, partners and other external parties - Being a central point of entry for internal and external contact, including coordinating and responding to enquiries - Preparing basic communication for the CEO Office, including proof-reading, editing, copying and printing writer of correspondence, team messages - Administrating and managing expenses Highly experienced PA with a talent for organisation The main challenge is to plan a booming calendar for a CEO who is in high demand everywhere. Therefore, you must use your experience, intuition and understanding of the role to be able to work with limited explicit guidelines and anticipate needs before they arise. You see it as the most natural thing in the world to deliver value-adding, high and professional service. Your qualifications: - You are a professional and highly experienced personal assistant or executive assistant with extensive experience working at VP/CEO level. - You are meticulous, able to think logically and have a high stress threshold. - You are fluent in English - both oral and written - and highly proficient in Danish. - You have high-level IT competencies. - You are able to work at odd hours.
