In this role, you have 8 months to make a simple SharePoint solution that local site-owners can maintain themselves. You get to work across the LEGO Group, get precious insight into a global organisation and make use of your theoretical knowledge while gaining valuable practical experience. Rebuild a SharePoint platform As Student Worker, your job will be to help rebuild a global SharePoint platform, which is used for handling improvement ideas on packaging and processing equipment across 8 technical departments. You join a small team of 2 supporters who, apart from offering SharePoint IT support, also offer project support and help plan events and travels. Specifically, you make an existing SharePoint solution more user-friendly, in close collaboration with site owners and users. Your primary tasks will be to: Reconstruct the platform to make it more simple and clear, thereby reducing maintenance time significantly Draft work documents, guidelines for design and structure of the sites as well as user guides Be responsible for all communication concerning SharePoint within the R&D Packaging & Processing area and ensure a strong hand over process to local users Do some maintenance of our sites In this temporary position lasting 8 months, you work about 20 hours and at least 2 days a week from the office in Billund.
