As Site Manager, you will have the overall Maersk Oil responsibility on site and the opportunity to work on newbuildings all the way to installation and start-up offshore. In doing so, you will interface with Contractors, equipment suppliers, as well as technical authorities and functions in Maersk Oil. In addition, we will ensure that you will be fully introduced to our business and our company and help you to make the most out of your skills. This is a position that requires mobility, as you will be stationed abroad. Key Responsibilities Your responsibility will be to manage the executional part of FEED and EPC contracts on riser and wellhead platforms, including managing site teams, to ensure HSE, quality, certification, schedule and costs live up to all standards and requirements. You will also manage relevant assurance activities, and ensure that all developed engineering (FEED/Detail) has been subject to Maersk Oil Assurance processes. Essentially, your tasks will be to: Assist in preparation of SoW, FSS and ITT for FEED and EPC Contracts Help evaluate, clarify and align tenders Take initiative and advise the Facilities Project Manager through foresight of issues Ensure that all engineering and fabrication are carried out in a professional way, and solutions are optimal, i.e. in compliance with company policies and in accordance with relevant, agreed design basis, technical standards, regulations, contracts, etc. Ensure that all dispositions and decisions within your area of responsibility are made in accordance with the policies of Maersk Oi Who we are looking for You have multidiscipline technical knowledge, particularly gained through your experience from the oil and gas industry. A relevant education, preferably within Engineering at master’s level. You have strong experience with project and site management. You speak and write English fluently. You are interested in being stationed abroad. It is important that you have leadership skills, enabling you to manage the site teams in a dedicated, enthusiastic and professional manner. You have a high level of drive combined with the maturity to take on a position with a great level of responsibility.
