Position Summary:

 

In your role as Student Assistant, you will assist the Copenhagen-based legal team (consisting of a legal director, a legal counsel, and a senior contract manager) to support Sitecore’s activities throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (“EMEA”). Specifically, you will:

• create and run document management processes;
• assist with contract drafting, including outbound licenses, cloud-based offerings and other service offerings;
• be responsible for certain deal management activities, including preparing quarterly deal statistics; and
• assist with ad-hoc legal department tasks.

The position is for 2 days per week (approximately 15 hours) in Sitecore’s Copenhagen office, with additional hours required during busy periods, and flexibility offered during exam periods.

You are:

• a high-achieving law student (Danish or international) currently undertaking either a bachelor (in second or third year) or master degree in law;

• interested in working in an international environment, and you have strong interpersonal skills, and excellent oral and written English communication skills. Additional language skills beyond English and the Nordic languages (e.g., German, French, etc,) will be considered an asset;

• able to work independently but also function well in a team environment; and
• willing to learn, you have a sense of humour, and you are keen to get involved in the variety of work necessary to support Sitecore’s legal function in EMEA.
