Working with medical communication in an international environment

As a student assistant in Medical Affairs at LEO Pharma, an important task will be to perform literature searches, draw clear conclusions and make them accessible. You will become part of an international team which focuses on medical communication to both internal and external stakeholders. You will gain insights into the dermatological disease area as well as an understanding of the newest dermatological treatment opportunities across the world.

Medical Affairs is stationed at the LEO Pharma headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark along with the marketing, research and development departments. We take part in numerous projects that combine science, communication and marketing – always with the patients’ needs as our main focus.

 

We are looking for a colleague who can help us with:

-          Summarizing and communicating scientific data

-          Reference upload

-          Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

-          Various literature researches

-          Participating in and presenting your own work at meetings

-          Descriptive statistics

-          Participating in workshops and upcoming exciting international projects

-          Solving practical ad hoc assignments

 

You have the opportunity to combine medical knowledge and commercial understanding

If you are considering a career with a pharmaceutical company and are inspired by the idea of working in a dynamic company, where everyone aims towards the same goal, you are potentially the new student assistant we are looking for.

 

In addition, it is important that you:

-          Are proactive, flexible, positive and curious

-          Have passed 120 ECTS (equivalent to two years)

-          Are interested in scientific research in general

-          Have at least two years left of your study

-          Write and speak fluent English

 

In LEO Pharma you will get the opportunity to work with nearly 5,000 dedicated colleagues all working towards empowering patients and allowing them to control and manage their disease in the best way possible.

You will become a part of Global Medical Affairs, which consists of 31 people, of which 4 of your closest colleagues will also be student assistants.
