For our Technology Research and Development Department in Brande, Denmark we are looking for a bright Solution Owner who can be a further enrichment of our team in the Technology Department. Our team is responsible for the structural and mechanical design within the nacelle which means canopy and load carrying components, for instance internal support structures, service crane, routing and layout Your will lead a project team that consists of CAD, FEA and mechanical specialists and you will in the project refer to the Module PM of the nacelle and Head of Department. What are my responsibilities? · Responsible for development of the nacelle support structure from concept to serial production following the Siemens Stage Gate model · Creating concepts · Planning, follow up and adherence to delivery dates, quality of design and cost targets · Sparring with CAD, FEA and Mech specialists · Overview of BoM structure and 3D assemblies · Close cooperation with prototype workshop and production, procurement and quality and your other interfaces: Generator, Tower, Electricals etc. What do I need to qualify for this job? · You hold a bachelor or a masters degree in Mechanical or Industrial engineering and have experience in both production development and project management · You are familiar with project planning, design task estimation, follow up and progress reporting · You possess high analytical skills and have a strong physical understanding and are able to combine that with common sense · You are outgoing and proactive, and you possess the ability to work both independently and in teams · You are structured and innovative and your approach to task solving is both technically sound and commercially viable · You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in both written and spoken English In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
