For our Business Administration department within Towers we are looking for an engaged and motivated person that supports our global operational Team within Towers in our SCM organization as a Business Controller. What are my responsibilities? · Load Plan development analysis for Budget and monthly rolling FC. · Revenue / Business volume Budget planning. · Revenue / Business volume monthly rolling forecast. · Analysis of performance, determination of plan deviations with proactive preparation of possible recovery plans with the sub segments of Global Tower. · Presentation of relevant financial performance to the management. · Collaboration with Production Planning and Project execution for improving FC accuracy. · OH charges to Projects. · Costing towers in SAP in both DP41 and DV01 plants. · Analysis Actual Cost vs. Moving Average Price in SAP. · Tower cost estimations towards Sales. · Preparation of financial statistics Actual cost vs. Cost estimation and provide feedback to SPR, Projects on the variances. · Collaboration with SPR for minimizing variances Actual cost – Cost estimation. What do I need to qualify for this job? · More than two years of work experience in controlling / finance area or in responsibility of commercial functions. · Basic skills required to coordinate meetings and alignments with stakeholders. · Basic skills in SAP R3 and relevant IT applications, esp. MS Excel (advanced) , Visio (nice to have) and PowerPoint. · Take ownership for scope of responsibility, development of concepts and implementation (e.g. roll out new concepts, now only working under instructions, ownership of projects. · Fluent in English oral and in writing.
