EV - Vehicle Prototypes, Coordinating Engineer for Project Deliveries ECOmove ApS is a company based in Horsens, Denmark, with clients and partners globally. Since 2009 ECOmove have developed e-mobility vehicles and components. The company is owned by the founders and Insero Horsens, who is a fund investing in companies within e-mobility, smart-grid, energy and ICT. ECOmove is delivering lightweight vehicle solutions (chassis, driving dynamics and full vehicle prototypes) for an increasing number of global clients, and is also involved in a number of projects funded by the European Commission and the State of Denmark. We have just started the BEHICLE project (a light car with safety similar to current family cars and optimized km/kW) and the CIPED project (next generation inwheel motors). Quality in deliveries and coordination – focus on customers You will be responsible for coordinating the projects and the quality in deliveries to the clients. You will be responsible for the timing in projects and for delivering the parts and documentation according to agreements and ECOmove policy. As the Coordinating Engineer you will be the connection between sales, R&D and production as well as project partners and clients. You will take a central position in connection with clients project teams and funded projects: • Stay on top of deadlines and deliveries • Supervise the quality in deliveries • Communicate with colleges, clients and partners • Keep track on projects financials, billing and registration • Participate in project proposals and documentation • Be active in contracts negotiation Your profile: With base and experience in mechanical or electric engineering and a flair for materials, technology and development you have some years experience with project coordination and product development. We are not requesting specific experience within vehicles development and experience from other similar complex products is accepted. Personally you are a team player with a firm personality, has commercial mind-set and is motivated by being a part of a progressive team in the vehicle / car industry.
