You will face a great opportunity to create a new platform to support our most modern and complex hearing instruments. In this challenging position, your tasks and responsibilities consist of developing and implementing high quality software. You will be involved in the whole process from requirement specifications, design and implementation to final test and documentation. Our software is a Windows desktop application created in C#/.NET. The software needs to enable the audiologist to fit the hearing instruments and present advanced features in the most optimal way. We work with the latest technologies and development methodologies, using the newest available versions. Could it be you? We expect you to hold a BSc or MSc degree within Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent. As we are expanding the team with several developers, there are various ways into the job. You may have recently graduated and have a strong will to take up new challenges. Alternatively, you have several years of relevant work experience and are able to tick off the following items: You are a C#/.NET developer with solid programming experience and eager to develop your skills even further You thrive in a multisite, cross-cultural team and take pride in your craftsmanship You have a broad knowledge about Microsoft technologies and products like Visual Studio, Entity Framework and LINQ (SQL Server and Team Foundation Server are a plus) You have an understanding of software lifecycle processes and strive to ensure constant care for architecture, code base and documentationAs a person, you thrive by dealing with numerous stakeholders and collaborating closely with your team colleagues. You should be self-driven and inquisitive, challenging solutions and ideas. You are comfortable with seeking the optimal solution through a constructive dialogue with others.
