Key reponsibilities and tasks Working as Head of Service Delivery in the business unit Financial & Network Services you will independently lead a multi-national team across Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. The overall responsibility of the team is to ensure that Nets’ services are delivered according to the contract service agreements. The key task for the manager will be to lead the maturation of current service delivery capabilities and end-to-end processes to strengthen the customer experience for some of the largest banks and financial institutions in the Nordics. The responsibility will span across both managed services, provided by Operations and IT services, provided by the Technology organisation. Therefore you will play a key role in the transformation of crucial service delivery processes in the interface between our sales force, business development and the delivery organisations. Key duties will be: •Advancing the team, processes and capabilities to the next level •Managing the team and advancing performance of people and processes •Ensuring transparency in service performance and managing service improvements together with customers and delivery organisation •Continuously monitoring and driving initiatives to improve customer satisfaction •Ensuring that SLA fulfilment and delivery obligations are met •Installing a customer centric mind-set and behaviour •Engaging in operational and tactical meetings with some of the largest banks and financial institutions in the Nordics •Handling escalations effectively You will report directly to Senior Vice President, Head of Business Service Management in Financial & Network Services.
