We are currently looking for three excellent communicators who can help us take our internal communications forward and who would love to work with communications with our 13,000 Ramboll colleagues in 35 countries around the world. 1. Senior Internal Communications Consultant As Senior Internal Communications Consultant, you will focus on communications related to large corporate projects and initiatives. It will be your job to: • Plan and execute internal communications projects at corporate level • Give communication advice to project and process owners • Provide change communications and initiative rollouts • Support core company processes • Support cascading framework and processes • Drive internal campaigns • Support internal leadership conferences and events. Your profile: • Internal communications professional with a solid take on the communications toolbox • Strong process and project management skills • A strong general communicator • Minimum five years of professional experience with internal communications from a large organisation. 2. Communications Partner to Group Functions As partner to Group Functions, you will provide support to ongoing corporate communications tasks. It will be your job to: • Offer advice and sparring to heads of function about communication • Support core processes in Group functions such as Finance, HR, IT and Legal • Support our internal communications framework and processes • Keep an overview of ongoing corporate communications initiatives • Ensure alignment between activities and our internal communications policies and guidelines. Your profile: • Strong advisor and planner • Good at stakeholder management • Excellent in messaging • Good understanding of functional priorities and processes • Minimum five years of professional experience with internal communications from a large organisation. 3. Editor, Internal Communications Platforms As Internal Communications Editor, you will responsible for updating and editing our electronic internal communications. It will be your job to: • Produce content production for internal news channels • Edit intranet news and the executive blog • Develop intranet sites and modules. Your profile: • Strong in writing and editing • Interest and technical insight into intranet solutions and other internal communications platforms, including IntraNote, SharePoint, Networks and Yammer. • Minimum three years of professional experience with internal communications from a large organisation. General requirements for all three profiles You will become part of a team of five internal communication professionals in Corporate Communications. All three profiles will report to the Group Internal Communications Manager. Besides your role in the Corporate Communications department, you will collaborate with communications managers in our business units. All profiles must have high English proficiency. Interested?
