We are looking for a talented technical product manager to help us drive even better business outcomes for our customers by enhancing our product offering with capabilities powered by new and emerging technologies. This includes Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Analytics & BI, Cloud Technology, IoT, Blockchain and whatever technologies tomorrow holds.

The job

Your main role is to take product features from the initial stage based on idea or requirements all the way to implemented, deployed, and documented software. During this journey you will engage with end users at our customers’, as well as guide the development team during implementation of the features. You will be responsible for translating high-level business requirements into software requirements and designs that can be implemented in our AI SaaS platform and ultimately featured in our multi-domain Master Data Management platform. The process involves analysis, design, usability, and communication with many different roles, from end-users and stakeholders (internal and external), developers, QA staff, as well as Product Documentation and Product Marketing.

The product development process is agile, based on SCRUM methodology, where you will have the role as SCRUM Product Owner providing the product backlog through epics and user stories.

The primary responsibilities of this role are:

Participate in user and stakeholder discussions and requirements workshops
Prepare high-level designs and use-cases
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog for the development team
Writing epics and user stories for the development team
Organize sprint planning and sprint demos
Continuous communication with development teams, especially Scrum Master and R&D Architects for details of requirements and implementation
Testing of the new functionality with the assessment of quality in relation to the overall objectives
Participation in the ideation and planning for product roadmaps

Your profile and skill set

In the role as technical product manager, it is essential that you are able to think solutions-oriented in relation business challenges rather than in terms of deploying technology. You have an analytical mind-set and can decipher complicated business cases and designs, and you can determine technical capabilities and limitations.

You possess good and audience-aware communication skills (written as well as verbally) in discussing requirements and solutions with both the user and business side (non-technical) and with R&D (technical). You are experienced with agile development using SCRUM and with complex software systems; you probably have experience from another software company or related projects.

We imagine that you have a degree in Information Science or the like, and if you are familiar with tech such as Atlassian Jira, AI and ML technologies and platforms, with SaaS and MicroServices it is a plus.
Our setting is international, thus a proficiency in English, both written and verbally is required. Also, you can expect some international travel, primarily within EU or between Europe and the US.
