We Offer As a Senior Talent & Diversity Partner you will join the Maersk Oil Talent Management team where your primary responsibilities will be twofold: to develop and facilitate the integration of technical talent management into the wider talent agenda and to drive the development and implementation of a diversity strategy in Maersk Oil. We offer a challenging and stretching position with the opportunity to work with engaged talent professionals and in addition to reporting the Global Head of Talent in Maersk Oil, you will also be part of global talent and diversity network across APMM. Key Responsibilities Talent management: • Contribute to establish talent principles and strategy to meet strategic business needs • Develop and implements tools, processes and standards to source (internally), assess, develop and advance talent in Maersk Oil – primarily within the technical disciplines • Design and process ownership of global talent standards: talent reviews, succession planning and ad hoc development activities • Provide support to the global HR organisation with the annual talent identification process • Support and drive the necessary talent development activities hereunder PDP’s and support to leaders and HRBP’s and drive follow up • Coordinate and drive global talent reviews within our technical and professional career streams in collaboration with the relevant HR teams • Drive the talent agenda with the technical communities (former TCL) • Key responsibility areas: • Technical/Professional Talent streams - process and facilitation • Develop a technical talent community • External knowledge and research • Talent program development • Supporting Talent strategy/philosophy formulation Diversity & Inclusion: Facilitate and drive the global diversity & Inclusion agenda including: • Drive the development of the Maersk Oil Diversity strategy • Aligning with Group HR on the overall diversity & Inclusion approach • Taking the lead on global initiatives in terms of roll-out, follow up and compliance • Manage and govern diversity targets • Host and facilitate diversity and inclusion events Who we are looking for • Minimum 7 years’ experience in talent management, leadership development, or strong practical HRBP experience working with talent and leadership development or similar • Track record of talent and/or diversity management within a global organisation preferable from within the upstream Oil and Gas Industry • Proficiency in talent management theories, philosophies and methods • Track record of delivering change across a global company with cultural diversity • Strong project/program management with the ability to handle several projects whilst maintaining focus, pace and ensuring results delivery • Good level of general business acumen • Preferably international experience • Ability to facilitate high impact people decision with senior leaders • Excellent in building relationships and managing multiple stakeholders • A team player with passion for talent and diversity For further information, please contact: Nicole Raccanello - nicole.raccanello (at) maerskoil.com. maerskoil.com Maersk Oil is an international oil and gas company with operated production of about 557,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day fro
