About the department We are a team of 45 highly skilled and dedicated employees who are responsible for the planning and execution of trial activities within diabetes in very close collaboration with our affiliates across the world. The job As Management Assistant you will report to the Director of Clinical Operations 1, Semaglutide. In close collaboration with the other Management Assistant in the area your responsibility will be to plan, optimise and track a broad spectrum of administrative activities in the three departments within Clinical Operations with main focus on controlling the department budget, maintenance of department documentation and meetings. In addition, you will handle various HR tasks, administrate our Globeshare sites, prepare graphic presentations, travel arrangements, calendar management and other ad hoc tasks. Qualifications The ideal Management Assistant has a “can-do” attitude and masters good coordination skills. A solid flair for numbers and experience with planning and controlling of budgets is a prerequisite. You proactively take action and ownership for tasks and welcome new responsibilities. In addition, you have a well-structured approach and enjoy attention to details while still keeping the greater overview. You adapt easily to a changing environment and shifting demands, and are willing to contribute to the continuous development of the department. Your educational background includes a bachelor degree within business administration, communication or equivalent, with at least 3 years’ experience in an administrative position. You have excellent command of written and spoken English and like to be part of a multi-cultural team, working with multiple and frequently changing priorities. Finally, you are highly skilled with MS Office and SAP and find it easy to master IT systems.
