We are looking for a Senior Sourcing Manager in Corporate Procurement to manage the IT sourcing work streams in large IT projects in our R&D organisation including leading negotiations, managing suppliers and working with our global stakeholders. About the department We are 120 employees in Corporate Procurement and together with the global organisation, we manage the total external spend of DKK 25 billion. This position is in the IT Sourcing Team, where we see an increasing demand for our services. You will be part of a dynamic and enthusiastic group of 6 team members who are commercial experts with responsibility for leading the sourcing processes and negotiations. To do this we collaborate with senior stakeholders and their teams across the organisation. We work fact-based, are dedicated to collaborative problem solving and take active leadership for the initiatives we are involved in. We invest significant resources in developing our employees through coaching, frequent feedback, formal training and by giving substantial responsibility to talented individuals. Corporate Procurement is anchored with direct report to the CFO of Novo Nordisk. The job As part of the IT sourcing team you will be responsible for identifying sourcing opportunities, with particular focus on our Research & Development business area. Together with the project and budget owners, convert these opportunities into negotiation situations. You will engage with a large variety of stakeholders such as IT architects, Line of Business Project Managers, IT Project Managers, contract managers, vendor managers and a large variety of suppliers. All aspects requires your ability to communicate effectively and clearly when collaborating with stakeholders across the global organisation. You will typically drive several key projects simultaneously and will have to be well aligned with each of the project teams. You will be part of a strong team with focus on collaboration and personal development. Qualifications You have completed a Master's Degree (in e.g., business administration, law, IT and technology, engineering or supply chain management) with a strong result. You have at least 5 years relevant sourcing or contracting experience. You may have experience from sourcing, sales or project work within IT. You take leadership naturally and have high professional expectations for yourself and your colleagues. You communicate and sell your ideas effectively and have the ability to work with various stakeholders, colleagues, and suppliers. Finally, you work fluently in English.
