- IT - Denmark - Bagsværd Corporate IT (650 employees worldwide) in Novo Nordisk, world leader in diabetes care, is looking for an experienced SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) specialist. In Corporate IT, we are more than 100+ SAP specialists. SAP is a strategic priority in Novo Nordisk, with a large and increasing project pipeline. About the department The purpose of the PS (at) SAP programme is to replace our current IT ERP system PRISM, to support the future supply chain in Product Supply. The programme has ensured successful implementations of SAP and MES systems in Denmark, Brazil, China, US, France and Japan. We still have an ambitious road ahead and we therefore need ambitious people to sustain the success of PS (at) SAP. You will join the PS (at) SAP programme/project in which we are roughly 20 SAP specialists and 20 implementation specialists. We are responsible for rolling out SAP (WM, PP-PI, QM, FI, APO) along with a MES system (PAS-X from Werum) to all our production units worldwide to support major logistics and production business processes. The position You will become responsible for gathering, designing, developing, testing and implementing solutions related to Finance and Controlling. All production units already have a full FI solution implemented and therefore the main focus is within CO and the integration towards other modules e.g. PP, PP-PI and MM. Training of users and communication to stakeholders of the SAP FI/CO concept is essential. Your responsibility also includes functional documentation of solutions and transfer of knowledge from the project team to colleagues in application maintenance. You will work in close collaboration with your colleagues and customers in line of business to secure our customers, get a well-integrated and standardised IT solution supporting their daily business activities. The project team is based in Bagsværd and consists of both line of business and IT colleagues. Travel activities shall be expected. Qualifications You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience from working within SAP FICO. You enjoy working in projects and have successfully been part of one or more full project life-cycles. You are prepared to work with tight deadlines while maintaining a good sense of humor. You have a positive attitude and solve tasks in a structured and well documented way. You are experienced in getting from the users’ requirements to efficient SAP based solutions. Preferably, you have experience from supply chain management solutions. You are fluent in written and spoken English and having an academic profile is considered an advantage.
