Do you want to build and optimise our IT solutions within Global HR? Do you have lots of experience with agile ways of working and do you want to make a difference? If you can answer yes these questions, then you need to join our release train/ Program supporting HR. You will join our IT Solutions team with 130+ other colleagues located in Denmark, Germany, Poland and UK.
Build and improve our HCM solutions
You will join our train Business Automations and Employee Self Service (BAESS)”, whose vision is to empower the supporting functions (Finance, Legal, and HR) in Arla to provide employees with digital tools for core processes. You will work closely in the management of the program with the stakeholders such as the Release Train Engineer, Product Manager and Business Change Manager.
With the right blend of IT understanding and business acumen you act as a trusted advisor for the HR and IT organisation - as well as our IT vendors. You will have a central role as business liaison driving the SAP/SuccessFactors standardisation agenda in Arla Foods and your strong HCM experience is your key into this challenging position.
You are responsible for the overall strategic SAP/SuccessFactors core components and application architecture securing a global, standardised and scalable design. As a central player you will have both hands-on work, configuration, test as well as the advisor work. You will focus on translating business requirements into an agile, yet robust, delivery of viable HR solutions.
Simultaneously, you become part of an ambitious and knowledgeable architect community, challenging your decisions and providing guidance on running the program in the SAFe setup.
More specifically, your tasks include:
- Understanding of all business services that HR is running and how employee data flows in all systems and from this build Target Architectures (solution design and solution templates).
- Participating in Proof of Concepts and project work including providing high level estimates for planning purposes
- Responsible for QA of documentation in projects and for Change Management and consulted by Operations within specific area
- Coordinating transformation planning in coordination with our Enterprise Architects on platform selection etc
- Keeping an high level roadmaps for each IT components (including keeping update on new developments from relevant vendors) and building the overall Architecture runway
- Able to translate between business and vendors
You will travel approx. 20 days per year to meet colleagues and partners around the world.
SAP / Success Factors specialist with profound Business understanding
Your theoretical insight derives from a Master’s degree ‑ either within engineering, IT, business administration or comparable. You have at least 5 years of in-depth experience with designing and implementing SAP HR solutions. You must have a profound understanding of integration of SAP HCM solutions and your experience with cloud based solutions makes you able to connect the dots between cloud-based applications and a SAP landscape.
In addition, you are used to navigate in a complex and international organisation and have a keen eye for prioritising and escalating business requests. Translating large and complex number of data into user-friendly solutions comes naturally to you, and you use your exceptionally good communication skills to present and influence key stakeholders across a major organisation. Finally, you take pride in delivering first-class consultancy services.
