- Quality - Denmark - Bagsværd We are looking for a Senior Quality partner who wants to improve quality and process management in the world’s leading manufacturer of insulin. You will support senior management in driving and sustaining an ambitious agenda for quality performance and process management. About the department Devices & Supply Chain Management (D&S) is representing one of the six senior management divisions within Product Supply (PS) and employs 1.700 employees in Denmark, Russia and Japan. D&S is responsible for devices and the supply chain management across PS. This includes bringing new devices from R&D into production and to launch. Our responsibility is to produce device components at a high quality and low cost, to manage the supply chain from sourcing of raw materials until distribution to affiliates. As Senior Quality partner you will be part of D&S Business Support, Standardisation and Optimisation, which is a staff function to D&S senior management. The job As Senior Quality partner in D&S you will be driving two interrelated agendas: continuous improvement of quality performance and further strengthening of process management. You will be responsible for driving the management discussion of the quality performance across D&S based on reporting and monitoring of quality metrics. You will also ensure dialogue within the organisation and manage a network of local Quality coordinators. Finally, you will be driving the bi-annual Quality Management Reviews (QMR) in D&S. To strengthen process management you will be responsible for the continued maintenance and development of processes in D&S. You will support appointed process roles and managers in D&S in operationalising process management and also drive the bi-annual Process Reviews. You will be the D&S representative in a group where new process management initiatives are developed and activities aligned across Product Supply. You will also assist senior management in inspections and other ad hoc activities. To support the continuous improvements within quality and process performance you will join a number of process groups in order to ensure right focus and progress. Qualifications You have a master’s degree in Engineering or Business and at least 5 years of work experience from business processes, preferably within quality assurance and compliance. You have demonstrated high quality performance and the ability to deliver even with tight deadlines. You have experience from a position close to senior management or are an experienced project manager with senior management exposure. You have an analytical and structured approach to problem-solving processes. Moreover, you ask questions and use your coaching and holistic overview to inspire our managers to find the solutions themselves. The job requires excellent stakeholder management and communication skills including the ability to explain complex subjects in an easy and understandable way also in English. You are also expected to lead the network of local Quality coordinators and set a common agenda and ensure progress on initiatives.
