- Production - Denmark - Gentofte Are you able to lead 13 highly skilled academics and technicians to contribute to delivery of novel products within the area haemophilia and other chronic diseases? Currently, we are seeking for a new associate manager who lead by providing motivation and inspiration. Help us meet our ambitions to give people with haemophilia the opportunity to live the life they desire by joining us in our positive working atmosphere where we provide good development opportunities. About the department Biopharm QC FIX and FXIII is laboratories with high quality and LEAN standards. We are responsible for quality control chemical analyses on a range of Novo Nordisk existing and emerging products within haemophilia. We analyse new products, not yet on the market, and are involved in transfer of analytical methods globally. The job The primary area of responsibility is to ensure that your team will deliver the highest quality analyses on time thereby releasing batches for clinical studies. As Associate Manager you will build and develop your team to secure long term delivery at the highest standards. You will use your coaching and motivating leadership style to set direction for your team and ensure that performance according to Novo Nordisk’s goals to be a trusted leader in biopharmaceuticals. In parallel, you will pro-actively work to ensure that we work in a culture of continuous improvements by setting and follow-up function aligned KPIs for your team. To make sure that we have the right resources and competences, you will spearhead the personal and professional development of your team members. Qualifications You hold a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering or a related discipline preferable complemented with a PhD. You have a strong managerial and quality mindset and are used to drive improvement projects with focus on processes, quality and lead time. Laboratory insight and experience in QA/QC and production processes will be considered a major advantage. You have a positive attitude and a strong documented motivating leadership style. You enjoy taking ownership and to work proactively to drive processes forward and are able to manoeuvre and prioritise in a dynamic and challenging environment with short deadlines. You thrive in a decision-making role where decisiveness, self-consciousness and conflict management are crucial key words, and you know how to win acceptance through direct and clear communication.
