About the department Novo Nordisk is looking for a Senior Process Specialist for our Product Supply Finance department. Product Supply Finance is responsible for a broad range of financial tasks in Product Supply which is a globally oriented production organisation with more than 13,000 engaged colleagues globally. The right candidate will be part of an ambitious, globally oriented finance department who strives on delivering world class production finance to balance short term decision making and long term growth in Product Supply. Our department is anchored in Bagsværd and consists of 30 employees divided in 4 teams who drive development of our global financial organisation in Product Supply. We look for a highly skilled and engaged Senior Process Specialist for a position that will be supporting our further development, maintenance and implementation of our global financial SAP template in Product Supply. The job In PS Finance we have full responsibility of our global financial SAP template in Product Supply. You will take this responsibility and bridge the gap between our business needs and the opportunities and challenges in our data model in SAP ECC (FI/CO). You are able to swiftly understand our business processes in Product Supply, how these are supported by our Manufacturing Execution Systems, SAP ECC and how the transactions eventually are consolidated in our internal financial monthly management report and what the reporting needs are. Financial reports which PS Finance are responsible for but with very senior stakeholders and customers, while also balancing our external reporting needs to Corporate Finance driven by IFRS and supported by a Sarbanes Oxley control environment. The position is globally oriented as SAP is being implemented in our production sites across the world, while our local legal production sites must be able to deliver financial reporting to Corporate Finance supported by this model. It is a pre-requisite that you are able to understand these highly complicated financial requirements, how these are supported by our SAP ECC solution and how the numbers are consolidated in SAP ECCS. As the position is globally oriented in Product Supply the right candidate should expect travel activity from 30 to 60 days per year. Qualifications You hold a relevant Master degree in Finance, Auditing, Engineering or similar. You have a proven track record of minimum 5 years of relevant SAP FI/CO implementation experience e.g. from large SAP implementations in other companies with focus on the production economy. You have a solid understanding of business processes and an ability to understand important aspects hereof, either through a background as Senior Consultant, Senior Business Controller or Financial Auditor. You have solid language skills in English and strong communication skills written and verbally.
