As a Statistical Programmer in LEO you will be a key player in making our vision come true.

 Statistical programming in clinical development projects and line of business

You can look forward to share knowledge and collaborate with other statistical programmers, biostatisticians, data mangers and medical writers within Biometrics as well as other highly skilled experts. Your primary tasks will be to:

  • Provide programming input to submission plans, authority interactions and individual clinical trials
  • Have hands-on with integration of data, creation of summaries, project standards development and alignment across studies
  • Report clinical trial data by creating ADaM deliverables and tables, figures and listings
  • Keep up with the latest industry news on authority data requirements, CDISC standards and SAS programming to secure our continued use of high quality data standards
  • Develop SAS programs to support clinical projects and other functions in LEO Pharma
  • Communicate with CROs and other pharmaceutical companies on data and programming related activities
  • Additionally, you will get the opportunity to be involved in the many activities and projects on utilizing clinical data across LEO. For example medical and risk based monitoring - or implementation of LEO innovation Lab’s patient apps

 SAS Programmer with experience preferably within medical research

You have a graduate qualification in life sciences/natural sciences/computer sciences or similar. This is backed by experience in SAS programming preferably in within medical research and a professional interest in working with standards such as CDISC.

Your success will to a large extent be based on your ability to collaborate with people across multiple areas and an eagerness to learn and develop. This takes an open-minded and positive approach as well as respect and curiosity. Additionally, you must be able to explain and share your work, conclusions and recommendations in a way that is understandable to people without your programming background, in written and spoken English.

 

The statistical programming team

You will join a team of 15 statistical programmers and a manager. We work in close collaboration with 20 biostatisticians, 12 data managers and 15 medical writers. The department is at the LEO Pharma headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen.
