Tasks & responsibilities: You will...

...lead the development of a Primavera-based integrated planning platform, aiming at cross-functional project coordination. You will need to identify and understand the needs of all internal stakeholders regarding planning activities including project management, manufacturing, technology, construction and commissioning. You will analyse and challenge the current processes connected to planning activities and proposing appropriate solutions to simplify current work methods.

You will also be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing a Primavera platform enabling project stakeholders to plan and coordinate their activities across the entire value chain
• Documenting and maintaining the global Primavera processes, and training the organisation to ensure the sustainability of the new planning processes
• Administrating Primavera enterprise level data
• Reviewing and managing updates to the Primavera portfolio management platform, to ensure compliance with MHI Vestas business rules and reporting requirements
• Producing and maintaining a selection of global portfolio reports
• Designing and implementing future improvements to the Primavera planning and reporting model
• Using Power BI to design, implementing and continuously improving a set of global portfolio reports
• Establishing the proper interface between the Primavera platform and the enterprise ERP to ensure an optimised usage of Master Data

Skills & experience: Our new colleague...

...has at least 5 years of experience modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques. You have significant experience with Primavera P6 as Level 3 Super User, preferably in the wind turbine business. You have in-depth understanding of business principles and methodologies and excellent change management skills. It is very important that you have exceptional communication skills and can communicate appropriately at all levels of the organisation; this includes verbal and written communication, along with visualization of complex processes.

You are willing to travel as required to all necessary stakeholders, in order to properly model, build, maintain and improve the Primavera planning platform.

We expect that you:

• Have experience with building BI reports in platforms such as SAP BI or Microsoft Power BI
• Hold a university degree in relevant area, eg project management, logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent experience
• Are flexible, structured and well-coordinated
• Are a team player
• Have experience as a planner in the wind industry (highly desirable)
