Ensure strong collaboration and cohesion in HR processes As our new Senior Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead and develop the HR team of 4 dedicated HR professionals. In more detail, you will: - Shape a collaborative, cohesive and high performing HR team that provides the business with HR support and enable leaders and employees in Billund Manufacturing to deliver outstandingly - Be over-all responsible for deploying and operating core HR processes as well as ensure the global alignment and local adaption of core processes - Take part in or lead HR processes, e.g. within employee satisfaction or people review - Collaborate closely with the HR team at our moulding site in Hungary to share best practise and ensure knowledge transfer - Deploy and operate recruitment processes, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the best resources from the market You will be based in Billund, but the close collaboration with our Hungarian site takes you travelling some 15 days per year.
