We are now looking to inforce our customer service management department and looking for an experienced Customer Manager with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Is that you? Then have a closer look at this exciting role at Vestas in Videbæk. Vestas Northern Europe is a Sales Business Unit for Scandinavia, UK, Poland and the Baltic countries. We are primarily responsible for sales installation and service of wind turbines in these countries. Our customers are primarily utilities companies and professional investors but also private investors. The service department main focus is to secure the daily operation and maintenance of the turbines and consist of, planning function, administration & Controlling and customer service management and is situated in Videbæk. Responsibility: The aim of the role is to drive the business and its growth by delivering first class customer service and exceed the customer’s expectation. The role holder acts on behalf of the customer internally within Vestas to ensure that we deliver on the customers’ Business Case. Create, build and retain excellent customer relationship leading to high customer satisfaction as well as solid financial success for both the customer and Vestas Ownership of the customers service experience Overall responsible of creating and securing administrative routines with new and/or existing customers Actively participate in the hand overs of new wind parks from sales and construction Secure that Vestas deliver according to supply and service agreements Drive and seek new business opportunities Responsible to secure that as many contracts as possible are renewed with Vestas Create, build and retain excellent relationship with other departments within Vestas Service customers main point of contact at Vestas Drive projects in collaboration with and for the customer Competencies To succeed in this role you must have: Bachelor degree or relevant work experience 3-5 years’ experience from account management Good English and Danish language both written and orally Computer literate and good skills in Microsoft office SAP knowledge is an advantage Experience working in CRM systems Driving license since some traveling is necessary Qualifications Ability to quickly understand our business and what creates value for the customer and for Vestas Ability to create and maintain relationships with both external customers as internal Vestas departments at different levels Ability to understand and use complex IT tools and systems Financial and legal understanding Ability to get involved in complex technical and contractual issues Good analytical skills Self-driven and self-motivated Ability to drive projects both independently and in a team Excellent communications skills Excellent negotiation skills What we offer: We are a team of skilled and committed colleagues who are all enthusiastic about wind energy.
