Do you have the ability to drive and support global HR surveys? In addition, are you experienced in working with data analytics and project management? Then you might be our new HR Specialist. The position is based in Danfoss’ headquarters in Nordborg, and you will be part of an international HR team in the Danfoss Group responsible for global HR operational support. Project management As HR Specialist, your overall responsibility will be to manage HR survey projects. You will ensure that all activities are executed on time, with a high quality and service in close cooperation with key stakeholders, including HR Business Partners across the Danfoss Group. Other key tasks will be to:•Prepare project plan for annual engagement and performance management surveys •Drive and communicate with stakeholders across the Danfoss organisation •Cooperate closely with external provider •Execute according to project plan and ensure seamless project execution •Support and enable HR community to take action on HR survey results •Support global talent management processes as HR specialist in Cornerstone (Cloud-based talent management system) Strong communicator and analytical mind-set This is a truly cross-functional role, and you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation worldwide. Thus, as project manager, you need to have an outgoing personality and be able to communicate and translate technical knowledge into tangible actions at all levels in the organisation. In addition, you have a solid business understanding and focus on continuous improvements. You have a relevant degree and some years of experience in various analytical roles in an international company. Your sense of urgency and strong judgement skills enables you to make the right decisions. You have a proactive attitude and are comfortable working independently with a high level of quality in an ever-changing work environment. In addition, you have an analytical, structured and service-minded approach as well as solid interpersonal skills. Last but not least, you speak and write English fluently.
