Do you have process modelling experience and strong stakeholder management skills? Then here is an opportunity to drive change, influence stakeholders and redefine global business processes within the LEGO Group. Materialise our vision of process excellence You will be based in Billund and join a team of experts focusing on optimising consumer facing processes in collaboration with enterprise architects and the business. More specifically, your tasks will be to: Document processes in ARIS and collaborate with ARIS designers on development initiatives Define and implement process excellence as well as drive and define the framework for business process documentation Ensure input, alignment and commitment from all relevant stakeholders, facilitate workshops and confer with the business to ensure that the tools will be applied successfully in the organisation Help secure consumer facing project roll-outs throughout the LEGO Group Joy of building In this role, you will facilitate process documentation at a time where the LEGO Group is undergoing several transformation projects. As such, you will help define and develop new ways of modelling and documenting processes. This is an opportunity to gather input from stakeholders and combine these to form effective and tangible solutions, and - just like our fans - you should take on this challenge because of your joy of building and pride of creation.
