Experienced Quality Engineer Do you have experience with quality methodologies? As Offer Quality Leader, you work out of Kolding, Denmark, where you collaborate with quality ambassadors around the world to maintain and improve the quality of our UPS systems. Locally, you collaborate closely with the teams in R&D and Continuous Engineering. Represent our customers Essentially, you are responsible for the quality of the solutions we deliver to our customers. You represent the customer by supervising the complete scope of our offer quality, from design to manufacturing, risk analysis and deliverance, making sure that our offer delivers on customer requirements and quality objectives. To do so, you: •Analyse and continuously improve all data relative to our offer quality, for example related to customer feedback, complaints, manufacturing quality and suppliers •Develop and apply KPIs to track quality and quality improvements, and you define the roadmap and annual quality targets for our offer •Guarantee effective quality improvement activities and follow-up with factories •Support Project Managers and project teams •Drive the quality issues resolution and prevention using 8D and Lean 6 sigma Many career opportunities and focus on development At Schneider Electric we want the best employees. Experience driving improvements •You hold a degree in a technical field combined with 5+ years of experience within R&D, Business Process Excellence, Continuous Engineering or Quality/Product Management •You have experience with applying various quality methodologies like Six Sigma in problem solving or product development/evolution, and you have a Six Sigma Green belt at minimum •You have a proven track-record of staffing or global operational responsibility •You speak and write English fluently, and any other language is a plus Personally, you are results-oriented and have a strong business orientation, which you combine with an eye for customer needs. You hold excellent communication skills and act as a born leader, who is open, collaborative and has the ability to work in an international context.
