SAP BI Specialist – Business IT Development As a SAP BI Specialist you will be part of a dynamic team working to continuously mature and implement SAP BI Solution in Novozymes. You will play a major role in driving, maturing and implementing good developing practice, SAP BI Technical Governance and SAP BI usages inside and outside the SAP BI Development team in collaboration with our IT Architecture, Demand and BI CoE organizations. You have a high level of technical competency within the SAP BI Frontend area with sound capabilities within the SAP BI Backend area and a willingness to span both frontend and backend SAP BI. More importantly you believe that SAP BI can have a transformative effect on our business and possess the business acumen and technical capabilities to make that happen. You will also work in Novozymes IT Projects where your subject matter expertise will be utilized both in consultancy, development and technical lead capacities. Therefore you are proactive and self-directing with a flair for leadership able to seamlessly move between development disciplines and SAP BI consultancy activities. Lastly, you have an eye for detail and will secure on-going BI operations and solution development to deliver a consolidated, highly available and effective BI platform over time. The position is based in Novozymes’ office in Bagsvaerd, Denmark, and you will report to the Department Manager of the SAP BI Development Department. Qualifications You have a BSc or Master’s degree in computer science or a related discipline. You have at least 3-4 years of experience working with SAP BI. You are self-managing - capable of leading areas of technical work with limited supervision and you have the drive to close things You have good analytical skills and the ability to quickly define and execute the necessary tasks through to completion with a practical/pragmatic approach. You thrive in the SAP BI Frontend development environment, have experience with and are self-motivated to learn and master: The SAP BOE 4.1 BI Platform (including content exposure and consumption on Mobile devices) with an emphasis on WEBI, Design Studio including scripting & CSS as well as Analysis for Office SAP BEx Analyzer and Query Designer (BEx 3.5 & BEx 7.3) with an emphasis on Advanced Query Design & Exit Variables In addition to your SAP BI frontend competencies you have knowledge of or experience with the SAB BI/BW Backend environment including: SAP BW 3.5 & 7.3 with an emphasis on ABAP based data staging and transformation as well as Analysis Authorizations & Privilege Administration in general SAP BOE with an emphasis on Business Objects Administration and Security modelling Challenges Novozymes has embarked on an exciting journey to take a big leap forward in the way we do Business Intelligence.
