Do you want to combine your theoretical knowledge within finance with practical experience and solve challenging tasks in an inspiring environment? Join us and become the new Student Assistant in Finance DK where your primary tasks will be to prepare internal and external monthly reports as well as assisting the rest of the team with various routine and ad hoc analysis. The department is a part of Exploration & Production, which has 700 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. We explore for and produce oil and natural gas. Today, our activities are centred in the seas off Denmark, Norway and the United Kingdom, and we have an ambitious strategy with many exciting projects in the pipeline. You will be based at our office in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. You will work approximately 15-20 hours a week depending on our needs and your study plan. Your key duties will be to •prepare internal and external monthly reports •develop new and existing Excel models •prepare billing statements •assist the team with various analytical tasks •handle workflow •perform ad hoc work. Your qualifications and core competences include that you •are currently studying a degree within economics corresponding to the Danish degrees HA(Almen), cand.merc. or equivalent and ideally have at least two years left of your studies •have excessive experience with Excel and preferably also with SAP (JVA) •are proactive and have a structured and analytical approach to your assignments •are able to work independently while mixing routine and ad hoc assignments •are positive and willing to learn.
