For an experienced Business Controller with experience from Production Controlling, and who has driven an ERP implementation and with good experience working with SAP, we are offering a challenging position. If you do not already have people management experience this can be a next natural step for you as team lead for a group of 4-5 resources. With the title of Finance Business Process Manager you will be responsible for ensuring shared finance processes across Europe, and that the IT organization continuously updates the SAP systems to support the business. Carlsberg is adopting standardization strategies to archive transparency and synergies both globally and cross functionally. Carlsberg has established the Business Standardization Program (BSP1) with the mission to define and drive the implementation of Carlsberg “Best Practice” across all functional areas and business processes, and which is supported by a common IT platform. Your Job As Finance Business Process Manager in Supply Chain Processes, you will be functional lead for a team of 4-5 experts in the financial processes in e.g. planning, production controlling and product costing. Your role includes close contact with super users in the Carlsberg businesses locally, ensuring that their needs are transferred into concrete solutions. Also, you will ensure that your team as whole has the necessary competencies, and that they deliver in time and in line with the overall system strategy. Your primary tasks include: •Facilitate and lead functional and cross functional design validation workshops to capture business requirements, and translate into solution change requests •Ensure any business process or solution change is sufficiently tested and well implemented reflecting the basic principles in the Business Process Model. •Deliver end user training in connection with implementations. •Support the local country stakeholders with continuous improvement, audit and compliance activities and related knowledge sharing. Your Profile To succeed in this role, we expect that you combine relevant academic credentials with business experience from Production / Supply Chain Controlling, and preferably with additional experience in Product Costing. In general, you demonstrate a good understanding of end-to-end processes in supply chain and logistics processes. You combine your financial process understanding with experience from an ERP implementation (in SAP or others), where you have acted as representative / driver from the business side. You have experience from at least having been user of SAP. As a person, you present yourself as change adaptive, flexible and with the ability to quickly establish an overview and focus on the core priorities. You are analytical, pragmatic and focused on delivering. You are fluent in English in writing as well as verbally. The Organization You will be part of the Business Process & Information (BP&I) organization, which is the part of Carlsberg’s IT unit with a strong business driven focus and it consists of people from the business side. The objective in BP&I is to continuously improve business processes and the supporting IT solution, while safeguarding the end-to-end level of standardization. In total, there are approx. 50 people in BP&I. Specifically, you will be part of the Finance team that includes Commercial, Supply Chain and Reporting processes.
