Then you may be just the one we are looking for to support our French sales team.

The department

You become part of an ambitious sales department in growth, where you collaborate closely with energetic and dedicated colleagues, who want to be the best at what they do. Aside from the team based in Denmark, we have colleagues in the various countries we operate in. In addition to your colleagues in Sales, you will also work together with SELECTED's other departments, in particular Buying and Shipping & Logistics.

About the job

Your primary responsibility is to maintain a close cooperation with the sales team in France and thus contribute to the continued growth on the market. You support the sales team with various administrative tasks, ensure that they always have the information they need, collect feedback and keep an ongoing overview, even when things get a little hectic.

More specifically, your tasks will include:

• Coordination between the main office and the sales team in France
• Developing and following up on sales lists and order processing
• Helping to place the correct orders in our sales system
• Preparing price lists and catalogues
• Following up on assortments, best sold styles, stock and "never out of stock" products
• Following up on claims.

Qualifications

• Experience from an administrative and coordinating role, preferably in a sales function
• Excellent communication skills
• Interest in fashion
• Fluent in French and English
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.

Personality

You have a result-oriented, positive and energetic attitude, and it is essential that you thrive in an administrative role with many tasks and daily deadlines. With your strong coordination skills and great overview, you are able to maintain a sense of the bigger picture in a busy working day. At the same time, it comes natural to you to take charge, and you have an eye for spotting ways that tasks can be optimized.

You will have a broad network of contacts, so it is important that you are service-minded, outgoing and proactive by nature
