Job Description

Grow your career as a Corporate Branding Consultant at Danfoss by taking a key role in bringing our corporate brand platform ‘Engineering Tomorrow’ to life for both internal and external stakeholders around the world.
 
Global brand management and project ownership
You will work closely with our regional and segment counterparts to drive our corporate brand forward in accordance with agreed strategies. You will develop, implement and support branding activities and initiatives and lead external service suppliers. As this is a truly international role, you need to expect 20-30 travel days per year. You will be responsible for leading and supporting an array of branding projects and activities, including the following:

• Branding project and campaigns
• Corporate internal and external events
• Brand implementation in merger and acquisitions
• Branding support to the department and global organization
• Co-branding challenges and opportunities
• Corporate merchandising

 
Global Branding Consultant with a solid marketing and project experience   
The person we are looking for must have a solid understanding of how to build great brands and drive successful marketing. Ideally, you hold a University degree in marketing/communication or something similar and has solid experience working in a global matrix organization and/or relevant agency experience for global clients. Ideally you have minimum 5 years experience from a global organization and a wide marketing and communications “tool box”. Apart from this you have project management experience and experience in managing events or exhibitions from concept to execution. On the personal characteristics, we would like you to:

• Have a process-oriented and pragmatic, problem-solving approach that makes you see the possibilities and find great solutions
• Be independent, proactive and structured in your planning, which makes you successfully deliver and drive your projects
• Be a strong team player

 
Furthermore, you have an up-to-date understanding and experience with digital marketing tools, communication channels and current best practice that helps you bring innovative ideas to the table and challenge existing ways of doing things. You have excellent communication and presentation skills in English (verbally and in writing), which enables you to lead and cooperate with your colleagues from different parts of the world.
 
Your new colleagues
With a direct report to the Head of Group Branding, you will be working from Danfoss’ headquarters in Nordborg, Denmark with a team of highly skilled and energetic colleagues. Your “playground” is the world, and you will be communicating on a daily basis with people from China to Brazil working with the Danfoss brand.
