Financial Controller for accounting and financial controlling

Do you want to be part of the Financial Controlling team, ensuring excellent financial reporting by leveraging business knowledge and process optimisation?

Join us and become Financial Controller in Financial Controlling where you’ll be responsible for financial controlling of our activities. We work as one function across the company, so you’ll be involved in cross-company activities and projects.

 

Your key tasks will be to

• identify and independently solve accounting issues and ensure that accounting policies are adhered to in accordance with the Group’s accounting policies (IFRS) and local accounting policies
• be responsible for financial controlling and reporting of several of our entities
• drive the continuous optimisation of processes – specifically in connection with month-end closing.

 

Your competences include that you

• have an academic degree within controlling and accounting (IFRS) – either as a new university graduate or with some years of relevant experience with auditing or similar jobs
• have a good business understanding, are able to communicate clearly in writing and can prepare memos
• speak and write English at an academic level
• have an analytical and logical approach to issues as well as a critical sense to information received
• thrive in a changing environment and take independent responsibility, and you enjoy working together across teams and national borders.

In addition, you have flair for IT systems and applications. Knowledge of SAP, HFM and Microsoft Office is an advantage, but not a prerequisite. You also like to communicate financial issues in a readily understandable language. As a person, you’re results-oriented and set visible and relevant goals for your tasks and focus on these until the desired goal is achieved.
