Together we make life sound better 
You will be part of the GN Hearing R&D department, specifically our Product Development team. Product Development is spread across 3 sites in Denmark, the US and China with our Copenhagen office being the largest. We are 38 colleagues responsible for the end stages of product development and bringing our products to market. Together, we all aim to transform life through the power of sound.

Ensure high quality in our product data and development projects 
All of our product data and documentation is registered in a system in minute detail which you will work on together with one other colleague. You will be responsible for ensuring correct product data of high quality which is the foundation for all of our quality assurance and compliance work. Thus, you become an important part in bringing our products to market. 

Moreover, an important part of your role is a more outgoing one as you will be an active part in our product development projects anchored in Copenhagen. You will be the go-to person for all things data-related and gain a large network across the organisation as you:

• Participate as a project team member focusing on product data management and change control throughout the product life cycle
• Ensure that product data in the projects is in accordance with the relevant product lifecycle management and device master record procedures, new product development procedures and other corporate procedures
• Ensure quality and consistency of product data across the organisation
  
An evolving team 
You will join a team with a high level of collaboration. Right now, we are going through a process of working even more together across sites and professions. You will also experience that we enjoy immersing ourselves into our work, but there is always room for a nice chat over a coffee.

Experience with product data management and PLM systems 
While you enjoy working in-depth with data and cannot stand poor data quality, you also have an outgoing element to your personality. You know that you can only create the right solutions in co-operation with the rest of the project team. Thus, you are outspoken and proactive on your data work and take responsibility for getting things done.

• You may come from a variety of backgrounds, e.g. as an engineer, technician or within IT
• Most importantly is your interest for and experience with product data management and PLM systems, preferably from a production company, so you have a basic understanding of product manufacturing principles and processes
• It is a plus if you have experience with the PLM system Agile, and you possess broad knowledge on product configuration
• You have experience with handling technical documentation (drawings, datasheets, BOMs, etc.)
• You are an experienced user of MS Office applications, especially Excel
• You speak and write English effortlessly
