Additionally, it is important that you understand our customer needs and are able to analyse customer behaviour in order to help them optimise and streamline their processes or provide them with a new innovative automated solution.

As part of Business Development team you will be working in a small team where there will be plenty of room for you to put your own footprint on the future technology of the industry. Additionally, it is important that you are a team player but also understand how to work independently within a team. You will be working in a professional environment with passionate colleagues, but with an informal atmosphere where we use mistakes as sources for learning.

You will be located in our office in Virum where you will work in an open and modern environment with your closest colleagues and manager.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

•Analyse and evaluate new possibilities for automated solutions which can reduce process and service costs.
•Work as a trusted advisor on process automation and guide the process owners through the analysis and evaluation process. 
•Produce Process Design Documentations and Solution Design Documentations in collaboration with process owners.
•Develop high quality code in collaboration with colleagues from the RPA team.
•Be responsible for testing code and promoting an agile working environment in order to create value through iterative development. 

Communicate improvements and new optimisation possibilities with our colleagues in India on a weekly basis.

Required Qualifications:

• IT consulting experience and/or background as a software developer.
• Process understanding with the ability to quickly evaluate and optimise processes.
• Experience with automation tools e.g. AutomationAnywhere, UIPath or Blueprism.
• Excellent communication skills. In order to understand a process and propose an
automatization solution, you must communicate with users, engineers and
managers and share your work verbally and written.
• Being comfortable working in a high paced environment using agile project
methodologies. 
• A desire to innovate and improve processes.
