Global QSE Platform Quality Assurance – Vestas Wind Systems A/S – Aarhus, Denmark The Global QSE (Quality, Safety, and Environment) Platform Quality Assurance is a division of Global QSE. QSE Platform Quality Assurance is primarily responsible for ensuring customer requirements across the value chain and throughout the life cycle of the product, including development, production, transportation, construction, and service. This is achieved by leading the processes and activities for Quality Assurance of the launch of new products, technology transfer projects, engineering changes to existing products, non- standard products, upgrades, and capacity development projects. Responsibilities: Ensure approval of requirements, scope and Advanced Quality Plans across the value chain for a given project Ensure completion of Quality based project deliverables on time and in the appropriate quality Ensure gate and safe launch recommendations to Platform QSE Leader and project stakeholders Drive continual overview of quality & safety performance for the project(s) Identify potential Quality problems and non-compliance issues and to ensure the risk mitigation Support QSE Platform Assurance by managing multiple smaller projects Qualifications: Bachelor/master degree in Engineering, Quality, HSE or equivalent English language (written and spoken) Minimum 5 years work experience with Quality Assurance APQP practical execution (Experience in Quality from design to production a plus) You have strong knowledge in the Tools of the Quality (FMEA, PPAP, Sample collection, SPC, MSA) and international quality standards Experience with project management a plus Experience managing projects in a matrix organization Deep knowledge in QSE assurance methods and processes Expected travel is maximum 25% on an annual basis What we offer: You will be offered a unique career opportunity in an exciting business with challenging and demanding tasks.
